Three of them are functioning well and their business is profitable, specially Gedera Hotel No 3, which is very modern and was opened for the first time in 1998 at the heart of Addis Ababa. The prospective of action establishment of Gedera Motel No 4 project is on process and will be constructed on a 20,000 m2 piece of land with 40 bedrooms to the south direction of Addis Ababa at a distance of 35 km from the center of the capital city.
