Condolence
Inaa lillaah wa innaa ileyhi raaji oun

(13 septembre 2004). It was the deep upset and profound sorrow that I heard the death of the RIGHT HONOUABLE FATHER of Afar and as well as of all Djiboutian on 12/09/2004, in Djibouti. He has been regarded as liberator, leader and living hero in Djibouti society as a whole.

I should like to convey my deepest condolence and sincere sympathy to His wife, children, his immediate relatives, Djiboutian and to the Afar people in the Horn of Africa as well.
